    We also advise and assist sellers with every aspect of the sale of their home beginning with the acceptance of an offer through the closing. We are happy to accommodate your schedule and attend the closing via a Power of Attorney if you decide you do not want to attend.

    We offer our lenders the highest level of professionalism and are cognizant of the unique time restraints and deadlines facing the lender. We are accessible and maintain an open line of communication with our lenders and mortgage brokers.

    The Law Office of Kelly J. Gallagher LLC assists clients with basic estate planning. A basic estate plan consists of a set of documents which allows our clients to prepare for future financial and health care decisions as well as to set forth where your assets will go upon your death. A basic will package consists of a Will, Durable Power of Attorney and a Living Will and Health Care Proxy.
